Serve Team Member Agreement

As a Serve Team member, you reflect the leadership of not only Rochester Assembly, but also Christ himself.

A few things you will need to remember and understand while committing to a Serve Team:
~ A Serve Team member should live a Biblically moral life throughout each day, not just on Sundays.
~ If your choices begin to cause questions about your integrity, you will be addressed by leadership; it may result in a break from serving so that you can focus on your relationship with the Lord.
~ Social Media is a reflection of your character. Should your character on social media call into question your Christian integrity, it will be addressed by leadership and can result in a break from serving so that you can focus on your relationship with the Lord.
~ Your Serve Team and Serve Team Leader are counting on you. You will need to communicate promptly regarding your availability. This includes confirming or declining availability to serve when you are scheduled as well as letting the leader know when you are going to be absent if you get sick or have an emergency.
